Over covid, I made this desk for myself, and it is probably my favorite piece of furniture I've made. The drawer fronts were cut from a dismantled table, and the edge running the table is from the same oak as the D&D table. I made drawer slides by simply routing a slot and running them along more hardwood. It took some precision for them to slide well, but in the end they worked great.
